Who We Are

We are a 100% black-owned consultancy that helps foster socio-economic development in communities where large multinationals and SMEs operate. Founded by Mazenze Owen Mthabini-Ndlovu, we aim to create value for our clients through meaningful CSI that earns our clients the social license to operate in the communities where they conduct business, maintain or increase their company BBBEE score. We invest in strategic research that contributes to designing CSI strategies that not only help companies meet their CSI but also help improve the socio-economic status of the communities that they operate it. Through meaningful CSI, we will also contribute towards the development and growth of small businesses in the said communities.
